1. Policy Duration
You have 07 days from the date you receive your item to request a refund or exchange. If 07 days have passed since your delivery, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
2. Conditions for Returns/Exchanges
Since EcomPOD01 products are custom-made (created specifically for each order), we only accept returns or offer refunds in the following circumstances:
- Defective or Damaged Products: The item is torn, has holes, has a significant print error, or possesses major manufacturing defects.
- Wrong Item or Size Shipped: We sent the wrong product or the wrong size that deviates from your original order specifications.
We DO NOT accept returns or refunds for the following:
- Buyer's Remorse: The customer changes their mind after receiving the product.
- Customer Size Error: The customer ordered the wrong size, color, or style initially (as each product is custom-made).
- Minor Issues: Slight color variations compared to on-screen images (due to different monitor settings).
3. How to Request a Return/Refund

Please provide the following information:

- A detailed reason for the return/refund request.
- Include at least 2–3 clear photos or a short video demonstrating the defect or damage to the product.
4. Refunds (If Applicable)
Once your request and supporting evidence (photos/videos) are received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

5. Return Shipping Costs
- EcomPOD01 is Responsible: If the product is defective, shipped in the wrong size (due to our error), or damaged during transit, we will cover all associated costs or ship a free replacement.
- Customer is Responsible: In all other cases (if a return is specially accepted), the customer will be responsible for covering the return shipping costs.
